Bootloader failure please help me out!

Hey , when i try to connect with my grid en16 i only get red lights and can’t make a reset
/ i tried a bootloader update and copied the file in the folder … what can i do now to get out of this mode and connect again with the hardware

Been 4 day’s no technical support !!!

When bootloader is stuck in red that means that the USB host (PC) did not communicate with the device, could not enumerate it. Things to try in the following order:

  • Restart your Mac/PC that you are connecting to and try connecting again while holding the bootloader button!
  • Replace the USB cable with another and try again.
  • Make sure you are connecting to the computer directly (remove any USB hubs!)
  • Test with a different computer (even if it was working previously with your current computer)

Please note that the bootloader is a piece of program on the device that does not get updated with firmware updates, this means that even if a previous firmware update was corrupted or interrupted during the update process, you will still be able to rescue your device by following the steps!

I did all that you recommended …but can’t get out of the bootloader mode

I got this from a friend they contacted him and was out of guaranty …

can get one half price … find it terrible /.

barely used and only software issue …all these older models in the wild al the same issues ???

it worked before …thats the frustration :slight_smile:

guess intech don’t care at all because I got no response after they contacted my friend … i know it’s an issue with other models / I wanna solve this …

is there a way with Arduino or other outboard gear to overwrite my problem ?
