Still very new and green here.
I want to have this Mechanical button grid:

Top right button toggles through 3 MIDI Channels, 1 (green) 2 (yellow) 3 (red). Kind of like a Song switch.

3 other top buttons and 3 other farthest right buttons they act as sort of interdependent bank switches. All with 3 layers, green, yellow, red. Combining them will change the MIDI CC for the rest 9 buttons - row for row and column for column.

The 9 rest act as simple MIDI CC fire buttons.
I know this is maybe not the best description, but if someone could just point me in a direction of what I have to look into, or where to start or maybe a simile template out there - much appreciated!
