i am a new grid user and want to save my module configurations to the cloud. unfortunately when i try to do so I am getting some errors (see the attached image). I’m on a Mac - OS 15.6.1

I see in the analytics that you are not the only one receiving this message. It is probably because at some point the app lost internet access and could not recover. I will look into this.
Does this persist when restarting the app?
Hope to fix this soon!
It doesn’t, or it shouldn’t persist. Restarting fixes the issue momentarily.
I haven’t gotten the cloud to work at all. I get the firebase error each time i try unfortunately. Any chance this is some kind of mac OS security issue?
windows 11 user here, I’m getting the exact same error. Would love to know what you have to do to troubleshoot internet access

Which Editor version are you using? I haven’t seen that error in a while. You can check the Editor version in the top left corner.
