Hi, Im trying to get this fader to work with Davinci Resolve Fairlight, but I had no idea how complicated this setup can be. Can I get some help with this. I just want to be able to adjust the fader for adjusting volume when doing automations.
Hello! I think in davinci resolve you would need controls utilising mackie protocol.
We recently made a a mackie profile for EF44 modules, what kind of faders do you have? EF44 or PBF4?
Controlling davinci with midi controllers which are not made by Black Magic is always a hassle, due to their closed sources and APIs.
I have the EF44. I’ve tried several different configs to see if it would work but doesn’t seem like it does, unless I’m doing it worng. How do I find this new mackie profile? What is it labeled as? I have seen people mixing in Fairlight with the Korg Nanokontrol2 right out of the box. Is there any way I can get the fader to work like it does with the Korg? Thats really need this for…
