EF44 left side connection issue

I have recently complemented my EN16 with an EF44.
The EF44 has connection issues on its left connection side.
(all sides of the EN16 tested in sequence with all sides of the EF44).
Is there a simple fix for this, or does this become a warranty case?

I was able to fix this on my own and so saved time and effort on both sides, me and intech.
