Where is the search function? I searched under Grid and under tags I tried Firmware or Install but no results appeared.

I cant get my Windows 11 computer to see the Tek2 unit under boot mode. It sees the unit at first but warns about the firmware incompatibility. When I press the side button and plug in the USB C cable, the editor does not says no device attached. It does not prompt me to install the new firmware. Also under Windows 11 file explorer no new drive appears nor does it appear under Disk Management.

I want to search the forum first but I’m only getting no results in the only area I saw as a search engine.

I have the same issue with my TEK2, it will not go into boot loader mode, so it would seem hopelessly unable to have it’s firmware updated. Could there be another button sequence that will put the device in boot loader mode?
