Maybe i am retarded, but i cannot for god get the grids to just take a led out message from let’s say traktor.
I’m sending it all correct, but the led’s just stays the same, and lit’s up when pushed, tried walking around the griid software, but little did that help me in order to just have the led’s listen to the program rather than their own world.

I struggle a lot to understand how the grid midi out works. There’s usually a manual that includes informations of LED adress (note or cc), but can’t find something like that with grid… do you have any update on this?

In Traktor, you need to add MIDI Out mappings if you want to send MIDI messages back to the Grid. After that, you can assign the incoming MIDI messages to control the LEDs. Here’s a guide: More about: Receiving MIDI | Intech Studio Documentation
I recommend mapping the same CC — for example, if play sends CH1 CC33, then send the same channel and CC back for LED feedback.
