TEK2 & Logic - Best Approach For Timeline Jogwheel

Hello,
I have a new TEK2, and I think it is going to be great. I want to use it as a transport controller in Logic. The basic controls profile, as it states, doesn’t have great functionality, and will frequently continue scrolling forever, after the wheel has been released. I gather using MIDI CC messages for this may be the best approach for this, but I can’t get Logic to see Grid as a Mackie controller.

Is MIDI CC the best approach for what I have described? If so, could someone step me through how to get Logic to see the messages and scroll correctly?

For getting Grid set up as a Mackie controller in Logic check out this guide: Logic Pro | Intech Studio Documentation

After following it, you should be able to just use the Profiles in Profile Cloud called “Logic Control”. There should be a Jog Wheel there as well.
